At Accent Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners we have just the solution for you. Whether you have Tile and Grout, VCT, or Linoleum we can help restore those floors to a like new condition without the like new cost, and here is how we will accomplish that for you.
Tile and Grout:
1. We vacuum the floor to remove any loose dirt and debris.
2. We lay down a non-toxic, non-abrasive solution on the grout lines, working a section at a time, then work them with a soft Tampico brush. What is left behind is an emulsified residue which we then remove with clean cloths.
3. We clean the grout lines with a low ph solution to neutralize and remove any remaining grout cleaning solution.
4. We next move on to the tiles themselves using a semi- abrasive pad on our flooring machine along with a solution to remove debris and old wax. The remaining emulsified residue is wet vacuumed up and out of your home or office.
5. We wet mop the entire floor once with clean hot water and twice more with cold water to make sure everything has been completely removed.
6. We now move on to the final stage of restoring the tile with a floor sealer, followed by 2-3 coats of high traffic, no polish floor finish.
VCT ( or Vinyl Composite Tile) and Linoleum:
1. We vacuum the floor to remove any loose dirt and debris.
2. We complete the process as in steps 4-6 above.
