"I can't thank you enough for taking care of my carpet cleaning issues. The back stairwell and landing leading to our Bonus room was a real mess. As you saw, the landing is where we kept the cat litter box and obviously she missed a lot.
I have tried spot cleaning solutions, pet deodorizers, and even rented a carpet steam cleaning machine to remove the urine odor and discoloration from my berber carpets, all to no avail.
I have to tell you, the carpets look awesome! Not only do they look like new but the cat odor is no longer there! Wow! I can't wait for you return to clean my bonus room as I can clearly see where the cleaning started and ended. I didn't realize how dirty the Bonus room was until you cleaned the landing leading into it.
