Allergies and Contaminants
Do you know where the majority of allergy causing contaminants are in your home?
Unless you said to yourself "my mattress" you would be wrong. Although there are many contaminants in your home including pillows, sheets, coverlets ,window dressings, carpets, and furniture the worst culprit is in your mattress!
What most people don't realize is that our mattress is full of dust mites. A lot of people think they are allergic to dust mites and / or their bites. This is not true as dust mites don't bite but what we are allergic too is their feces! I know this sounds gross but the facts are the facts. The house dust mite or cosmopolitan pyroglyphidae feeds off of and thrives on our shed skin and guess where we shed most of it? You got it, in our bed. Now ask yourself what does any living organism do after feeding? You got it again! What goes in must come out!
We wash the bedding and pillows but who washes their mattress? Even if you vacuum the mattress, doing so without the proper filtration system only allows the contaminants to reenter into the air and we breathe it in thus exacerbating the problem.

Don't be fooled by any cleaning company who tells you with their "specialized" cleaning machines using ultraviolet light, guarantee to kill all the dust mites. They may be able to kill a majority of them but what about the feces?
